Our Citroen Spare Parts Catalog

We recommend to enter the VIN (17-digit vehicle identification number, also called chassis-number of your Citroen, you find it in the documents or on the vehicle, then only parts will be displayed that fit into your Citroen. On the picture you can find the spare part with the corresponding part number. Attention: If there is a 2 in the number, this does not mean that two pieces are hidden behind the part number, it means only that 2 pieces are installed in your Citroen  at this point. You also have to order 2 pieces if you want to have 2 pieces (eg brake discs). After you have put together the shopping basket, you can go to the shop to order.

Which side of your Citroen is the left side ?

The vehicle is always seen in the direction of travel, so the left is the driver's side.


Can I place an order by telephone?

No, orders can only be generated via the shop. If you have any technical questions or about the parts, please get in contact to our Citroen-Parts-Manager.

How fast are the parts shipped ?

We are supplied by the manufacturer twice a day. What is ordered until 10am, comes at 3pm, what is ordered until 6pm, comes overnight. The forwarder UPS picks up the packages at 4.30 pm and delivers them throughout Germany the next morning. This means that if you order until 9pm and pay (paypal), the goods arrive in 98% of all cases.

How does the delivery work ?

We will send you a copy of your order immediately after your order, then we will send you an order confirmation as soon as we have received a binding delivery from the manufacturer and another mail with the tracking code when your package leaves.

Can replacement keys be ordered?

Yes, but we need a copy of the identity card of the customer and a copy of the vehicle ticket to Fax +49 2861 80846-200 or by pdf in our contact form.
