Deposit for exchange parts

The basic idea of ​​IVECO exchange parts is the reuse of those parts which are not subject to wear, e.g. the housing of an alternator. Each IVECO replacement part is subject to the same quality guidelines as a new IVECO part, and the warranty is as complete as 24 months for a new part.

When ordering the IVECO exchange part, you will be charged a deposit which will be refunded after returning and checking the old part,  further details and the return form can be found here.

The transaction :
- You will pay the item at first plus the deposit.
- We will provide you with the new exchange part as soon as possible.
- You replace your defecti part with the new part.
- Now return the old  part to the address givne on the return form.
- Then we will refund you  the deposit.
- The returned part must not show any external damage, the type must be the same as the delivered part

The advantage for you is that you can get the new exchange part first and then replace the old part without waiting times.
