The Partners of ONLINE-TEILE.COM are those companies that operate the respective brand shop, which can be found there in the imprint.P
 

1.1. By registering with complete and correct content, as well as the name of a website available in German language, including the main domain, the affiliate receives an account for participation in the ONLINE-TEILE.COM affiliate program.
1.2. ONLINE-TEILE.COM COM and its affiliates do not accept, as an affiliate website, websites with extremist (especially politically extremist), pornographic or erotic content or content that violate the rights of third parties or otherwise violate applicable law. In addition, web pages with click-prompt / click constraint, e.g. For SMS dispatch, donation clicks, paid-for-action pages, etc.

1.3.ONLINE-TEILE.COM and its partners reserve the right to refuse the registration at their own discretion.

2.1. The affiliate and ONLINE-TEILE.COM or its affiliates shall not be subject to any employment, commercial or employment relationship, irrespective of the amount of remuneration paid. The affiliate is not entitled to submit to ONLINE-TEILE.COM or its affiliates as an employee, representative or authorized representative of ONLINE-TEILE.COM or their partners, to appear on behalf of ONLINE-TEILE.COM or their partners, or to accept or submit statements for ONLINE-TEILE.COM or their partners.

2.2. Provided contracts about products from the ONLINE-TEILE.COM platform are exclusively concluded between the customer and ONLINE-TEILE.COM or its partners. The affiliate is not also a contractual partner of the customer.

2.3. ONLINE-TEILE.COM provides the Affiliate with advertising materials, recommendation text, and the Tracking Link including URL for use. The affiliate is not entitled to use self-created advertising materials or to edit or otherwise modify the materials, text or links provided by ONLINE-TEILE.COM.

2.4. Except from the advertising materials and recommendation text  provided by ONLINE-TEILE.COM, the affiliate is not entitled to use terms, domains, logos or signs, which is in favor of ONLINE-TEILE.COM or its partners and their contractual partners; the vehicle manufacturers are particularly protected. This includes, but is not limited to, the use as key words in search engine marketing, in AdWords or Sponsored Listings, or in ads in search engines that can be directly linked to ONLINE-TEILE.COM or its partners or their contract partners; or which, when called up, do not link to the affiliated or displayed Affiliate Websites, but lead directly through direct redirection to the ONLINE-TEILE.COM websites. Anything else is valid only if ONLINE-TEILE.COM or its affiliates gives the affiliate a written consent for such use. Affiliate, who is active in the field of SEM, must register the relevant brand keywords, such as "ONLINE-TEILE.COM", the brand names of the manufacturers of the shops as well as so-called "vertiffer".

2.5. The affiliate is also not entitled to use so-called typo domains (domain name, which represents the typing error of a popular domain to "intercept" visitors), which refer to "ONLINE-TEILE.COM" or other in favor of the ONLINE-TEILE.COM Or its partners and their contractual partners, or to design its website in such a way as to create a likelihood of confusion regarding the identity of the affiliate with ONLINE-TEILE.COM or its partners and their contract partners.

3.1. Compensations are granted by ONLINE-TEILE.COM at its own discretion. If a valid click of a user takes place via the tracking link on the website of the affiliate according to the following provisions and then a valid sale is triggered. The amount of the remuneration depends on the respectively current premium table in the respective shops in the section Partner Information.

3.2.A click is valid, if a user voluntarily and consciously clicks on an ONLINE-TEILE.COM advertising medium and reaches a website under ONLINE-TEILE.COM. The ONLINE-TEILE.COM advertising material has to be found on the website of the affiliate in the visible area and be linked with the tracking link provided by ONLINE-TEILE.COM to the affiliate.

3.3. Only by a valid click on an ONLINE-TEILE.COM advertising medium with a tracking link, a cookie (tracking cookie) may be set on the client of the user, as far as the user's browser settings permit this.
Please note that clicks and sales are not counted and recorded properly, and consequently sales cannot be remunerated appropriately if cookies are disabled on the user's client. In addition, ONLINE-TEILE.COM uses an internal cookie switch as a deduplication mechanism. Therefore, the load cookie wins method applies, after which a tracking cookie is overwritten by a tracking cookie (possibly a different affiliate) set later in time. Post-view tracking is not permitted for the affiliate.

3.4.A sale is valid if a user who has been cooked by a valid click is immediately or in the 30 days following the valid click (period of validity of the tracking cookie) voluntarily and deliberately an order of a chargeable product on the website of ONLINE-TEILE.COM and
- a contract for the products of an ONLINE-TEILE.COM partner shop is effective,
- the customer data given during the order are not invalid (so-called fake order)
The contract is not effectively revoked or cancelled and
- the invoice for the product is paid by the customer.
However, remuneration is not granted even in the case of a sale valid under these conditions if:
- the customer / customer and the affiliate is the same person (natural or legal person)
- the sale was triggered by means of coercion, deception or otherwise exclusively for the generation of proposals,
The order has been abandoned by different channels or several times, or
- the sale is otherwise attributable to traffic that is inconsistent with these terms of participation (e.g., brand bidding, cookie dropping, use of invalid vouchers, etc.)
If there are objective indications for the assumption that one of the grounds for disqualification set out above exists, ONLINE-TEILE.COM reserves the right not to pay out the disputed commission until the facts have been clarified.
3.5. For voucher copyists, the following applies: Only the use of active vouchers is permitted. Expired vouchers may not be published.
3.6. Sales are recorded using the tracking link and the tracking cookies via the ONLINE-TEILE.COM tracking system.
In the event of a failure of the tracking system for more than 60 minutes within 24 hours, the affiliate of the traffic generated during this time (clicks and sales) is remunerated according to the average conversion rate and the associated average commission turnover of the previous 30 days. Shorter tracking failures are not taken into account. Proof of the downtime of the tracking is provided by the affiliate.

4.1. ONLINE-TEILE.COM reserves the right to change or discontinue the affiliate program without a separate notice, in particular if legal regulations or judicial orders make this necessary. However, commission already earned at the time of the change or recruitment shall be settled in accordance with the regulations valid up to then, to the extent legally possible. A change or discontinuation of the affiliate program does not affect the contractual relationship between ONLINE-TEILE.COM and the won customer.
4.2. All information that the affiliate receives through the participation in the ONLINE-TEILE.COM affiliate program, in particular price and marketing information, as well as the agreements made within the framework of this partnership, must be treated confidentially.
4.3. In case of violation of these terms and conditions, ONLINE-TEILE.COM reserves the right to refuse, reclaim and / or terminate the affiliateship. The participant agrees to these rules by registering as part of the ONLINE-TEILE.COM affiliate program.
