Money back for EPC

Dear customers,

the most actual parts catalog is run by Mercedes itself. You can find it under the name EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue).

Unfortunately you have to pay an annual fee to the amount of 41,65 € incl. VAT. If you spend 200 € or more in our Online Shop we are willing to refund you that fee.

How does it work? After your registration and the payment of the annual fee you will receive an online-bill in form of a PDF document. Please send us this document to mercedes-benz[at]online-teile.com or via fax to +49 911 30844 82103, stating your user name or your customer ID. You will then receive an e-mail containing a voucher code, which you can use for your next order.
